During 2023’s Viet Nam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG) our teams visited Mu Jia Technology’s booth to present our time-sensitive and time-critical services.

And we got a mission! From the moment we visited Mu Jia Company’s booth to present our services, it took our teams in Vietnam and China just 2 hours to get them a logistic plan with quotes – and close the deal!
15 days later, the cargo arrived safely in Shanghai – the cargo was sailing for 7 days on a direct route.

Mu Jia Automation Technology (Shanghai) Company Limited, an integrated enterprise engaged in the research & development, design, manufacture and sale of automatic conveying equipment, components, and more.
Just as xpd global Vietnam, Mu Jia was also an exhibitor in 2023’s VILOG and with a dedicated specialized attention, we could negotiate and close the deal just there.
The challenge
Designing a fast and effective logistics plan still in the event.
The solution
A return Less Container Load (LCL) shipment.
After closing the deal in the morning, our team in Vietnam arranged all handling procedures to pick up the package and take it to our warehouse, to wait for loading.
Our specialized team at the warehouse noticed that the box provided by the client had a broken wheel; to maximize its safety, the package was fixed over a pallet, marked with xpd global’ identification labels, strapped by PE belt and wrapped by PE Stretch Film.
Two days later, the package was delivered to Port’s CFS warehouse for customs clearance procedures and placed into container as LCL for loading on board.
